NLP

NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming. Essentially, it’s how the information we take in forms our thoughts, memories and experiences and how, in turn, this impacts upon our emotions, our behaviour and ultimately the results we get in life. People often think that results are only applicable in a work or business context, however every day we’re striving for results – the things we want to happen – whether in our relationships with partners, children, family and friends, or in our day to day activities.

NLP works right at the root by determining what’s occurring in your brain to cause you to do what you’re doing. Once we work to understand your own thinking processes, with the help of the many interventions which make up NLP, together we can change habits, behaviour, strategies and inner conflict really quickly and easily.

HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis is an incredibly powerful tool to bring about change and eradicate bad habits and embed new behaviours. It works directly with the unconscious mind which is where habitual behaviour is imprinted; of course, you must have the desire to change because Hypnosis won’t “make” anyone do anything against their will. So what sort of things can Hypnosis work with?

There are lots of myths about Hypnosis which I happily debunk with people regularly! Essentially Hypnosis is change in baseline mental activity which is experienced as a very relaxed state of mind and body. The balance of neurotransmitters in the brain such as Seratonin and Dopamine changes, as does the frequency of brain activity, or brain waves. This means that the unconscious mind is eager and willing to accept suggestions which it will act upon, whilst at the same time the conscious mind relinquishes any resistance to change. It’s really that simple. And can anyone be hypnotised? Yes – if they want to be!

TIME LINE THERAPY™

Ever get a “Grrrrr!” moment and feel a surge of anger over something really quite inconsequential? Or feel a sadness and melancholy for no particular reason which it’s almost impossible to shake? Perhaps you’re one of those people who just feels guilty about absolutely everything most of the time. When you consider that emotion builds up and then think about the number of times you may have felt that particular emotion, it’s hardly surprising really, is it? However you don’t have to live with that level of negative emotion which most certainly doesn’t serve you in any way, shape or form.

Time Line Therapy™ (TLT) is an incredibly effective way of diffusing negative emotions; it’s a bit like having a spring clean. We work with getting rid of anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt and a typical TLT session lasts about three hours. TLT is also great for eradicating limiting decisions which you may have and also for setting future goals.

THE I-FORCE PROGRAMME
